Pricing for the median home in Greater Sun Center increased during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Greater Sun Center rose by $89,900 while total sales increased by 10.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 93 homes sold, with a median sale price of $284,900 - a 46.1 percent increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 84 homes sold in Greater Sun Center in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Greater Sun Center for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,572, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for April.
