Hands-Only CPR is a basic form of CPR that anyone can perform. Hands-Only CPR consists of a few simple steps: 1. call 9-1-1 if you see a teen or adult collapse suddenly 2. Push hard and fast in the center of the chest. Research has proven that Hands-Only CPR is just as effective as conventional CPR and performing quality chest compressions immediately after a teen or adult has collapsed will significantly improve that person’s chance of survival.
