May: Home prices in Greater Northdale increased

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Greater Northdale rose by $88,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 30 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $431,250 - a 25.9 percent increase over the $342,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Greater Northdale in May 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Greater Northdale for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,328, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for May.
