Pricing for the median home in Greater Carrollwood increased during Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Greater Carrollwood rose by $88,500 while total sales decreased by 22.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 174 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 30.9 percent increase over the $286,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 224 homes sold in Greater Carrollwood in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Greater Carrollwood for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,274, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
