How did home prices perform in Ruskin during Q2?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Ruskin rose by $100,800 while total sales decreased by 5.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 123 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 38.2 percent increase over the $264,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 130 homes sold in Ruskin in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Ruskin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,791, approximately 0.8 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
