Home prices increased in Temple Terrace during Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Temple Terrace rose by $101,700 while total sales decreased by 13.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,250 - a 47.8 percent increase over the $212,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Temple Terrace in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Temple Terrace for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,640, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
