Tampa Fire Rescue responded mutual aid to a structure fire with Pasco County Fire Rescue. District 5, Rescue 13, Engine and Truck 23 of the A-platoon assisted in extinguishing the blaze. A notable moment involved one of our personnel.
Truck Captain D. Herrero was able to fight fire with his son, a firefighter with PCFR. This was the first time they both worked a fire together and definitely a moment they’ll remember.
