Home prices increased in Pebble Creek during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Pebble Creek rose by $77,650 while total sales increased by 11.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,650 - a 23.9 percent increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Pebble Creek in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Pebble Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,431, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
