First half of 2022: Greater Northdale experienced a 17.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Greater Northdale rose by $60,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 168 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 168 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 17.6 percent increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 168 homes sold in Greater Northdale in the first half of 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Greater Northdale for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,328, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
