How did home prices perform in Ruskin during the first half of 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Ruskin rose by $92,500 while total sales increased by nine percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 230 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,500 - a 37 percent increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 211 homes sold in Ruskin in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Ruskin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,791, approximately 0.8 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
