First half of 2022: Lake Magdalene experienced a 28.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Lake Magdalene rose by $69,500 while total sales decreased by 9.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $311,000 - a 28.8 percent increase over the $241,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 92 homes sold in Lake Magdalene in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Lake Magdalene for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,683, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
