Meet Maj. Kawanna Brown, she's been with #teamHCSO for over 20 years! She is only the 4th Black Female to hold the rank of Major within Detention Services. "It has to come from within, you have to want to do better, and you can do better." Maj. Brown stated she feels she must create a path to motivate our youth, but it starts with their mindset.
