Did you know nearly 600 inmates successfully completed the #teamHCSO Substance Abuse Treatment Program in 2022?! The program teaches coping mechanisms to maintain a sober lifestyle and prevent relapse.
Last year, the Substance Abuse Treatment Program underwent a rigorous accreditation audit by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and was awarded a three-year accreditation!
"The rehabilitation of those struggling with addiction will help our goal to reduce recidivism," said Sheriff Chad Chronister. "I am so proud of the impact the Substance Abuse Treatment Program has had not only on inmates, but on our community as a whole."
