On Sunday, March 30, former Alonso High School standout Paige Lassiter’s current college team, the UTEP Miners, lost 11-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Liberty Lady Flames.

The game took place at Kamphuis Field at Liberty Softball Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Lady Flames this season.

The Miners’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 6 p.m. at Helen of Troy Softball Complex against New Mexico State Aggies.
