Job Overview
Reporting to the Competitive Sites Manager, this position performs highly responsible professional duties related to a proactive and holistic effort to position redevelopment sites within Hillsborough County. Position provides support to manager and department leadership in program administration, client outreach, and data analysis to assist County efforts in incentivizing strategic real estate development. This position's duties are essential in assisting the County in diversifying its economic base by attracting jobs and investment to unincorporated Hillsborough County.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economic Development, Economics, Business, and Public Administration or the related area; AND
- 3 years to 5 years in Economic Development, Planning, Redevelopment, or a related field; OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job related competencies noted. (For education and experience only, does not include legally required Licenses or Certifications.)
Salary Range: $26.64 - 43.96 Hourly
