Colonel Collins has been with #teamHCSO since 2004, but before that, he was an HCSO Explorer! This has been a life-long journey in law enforcement for Colonel Collins, he stated "The reality is our youth are our now, as we spend more time with our youth there's a lot of areas where we can bridge the gap between law enforcement and our community".
